I placed an order a week and a half back, and even though they took my money and I got a confirmation, the item still hasn’t shown up. Plus, I haven’t heard a peep from the company despite my emails. To top it off, they yanked the 10% bundle discount they had on the site during checkout.

I purchased the Klapp high chair back in June, with the KAOS team assuring on their social media that the tray would drop in August 2021. The high chair is solid, looks great, and is of high quality. However, here we are in March 2022, and there’s still no sign of that tray, despite numerous promises from the KAOS team on social media and in my direct messages. Had I known the wait would be this long, I wouldn’t have gone for this product since I don’t have a dining table at home, making it tough to feed my child without the tray, especially now that they’re getting more independent. I feel like KAOS misled me about when the tray would be available.

If you’re in need of a tray or a newborn seat, I’d suggest looking at other options. But if it’s just a high chair you’re after, this one’s pretty good.

We received our Klapp high chair about a month back and we’re really happy with it! It looks great, fits nicely out of the way after meals, and thanks to the safety rail, our 1-year-old actually stays seated for the entire dinner without trying to escape (which was a constant issue with his previous chair).
